New PC for my brother-best MB/processor combo?

I always bought Intel motherboards. I never had any of the problems I read about on the net. The last Intel motherboard I bought was a DG965WH. Intel's quality slipped on this one. It's picky about power supplies and RAM. Really stange for Intel. I like my new Giabyte GA-P35-DS3 and GA-P35C-DS3R...

    Christmas Lights

We moved into our present home 4 days before Christmas in 1985. The wife and I managed to pull off a decent Christmas for our (then) young kids. I was amazed at how pitiful our developement was as far as outdoor decorations went. Of the 34 homes, only one had a string of lights across the front...

    dSLR thread

Cool picture. I noticed two things while panning from left to right. In the middle of the picture did I see two finger prints? Near the right side of the picture is a Blimp hanger. I believe it is the same one featured on the History channel story about airships. Really neat to see it on your...

    DriveImage XML

    120mm case fans

Never seen one of those. The fans I am refering to have a thermocouple built in and adjust the fan speed automatically. You can see the thermocouple if you look close at the motor. It is a small blue device sticking out between the motor case and fan blade. Bozo :joker:
