Main interest is putting books, through Amazon, and Kindle, on the Fire. How does it work for that? So far the two books I put on it where a bit more work then they should be. Also seems Kindle only wants the books downloaded to one divice, or they want to charge.

Just compared the Fire to the Kindle. She likes the bigger, much fewer page changes of the the Fire, with the same size text. Plus all the other stuff she can do with it. So now I need to figure out when to get the bigger one.

In true Norton form, after running it, and restarting, a popup screen shows up asking if I want to reinstall norton :rolleyes:

Update: Left hand is working well. Surgery is being scheduled on the right. Thumb hurts, getting to can't sleep level of pain. Had to rethink all the 'wrist rests' that put pressure on the area that your hands are operated on, and the area that creates CTS.

Appears Windows 11 installer is not working to uninstall programs. How do you reinstall it, short of reinstalling 11?

That works part way. The PDF is made with the first page that is editable, but the rest are pictures of documents, and can't be edited. Your attack, Sedrosken, looks like the way to go...

Second Keyboard is this: with mint 37 switches, that feel REALLY soft, after the Box Navy switches. Still, for RM, she likes them, and I put the Canopus Shine caps on the board, which is what she liked about my board, so she's happy.

I LOVE these switches, and the keyboard!! Great choices. I make hardly any mistakes now, if a little bit slower. Thank you for the suggestions, and Handurin as well. Only thing is I wish it was completely quiet.

Anyone have an alternative to Canopus Shine throughs by Nuphy? Require huge letters, and they must allow RGB light through the bottom of the caps.

I think it is overpriced, but I don't know an alternative to the Canopus Shine throughs. I LOVE the caps. For old people with bad sight, it's unbeatable, at least I haven't found anything yet. My RM/fiance has a cheap keyboard, and I'm going to get her a keyboard with the caps, and lighter...

Nuphy 96 V2 is, I think, WAY over priced at 224.00. The caps it comes with you cant get light through, and the switches are very cheap, but, they feel good.
