time, are you familar with the old ABC after school, Schoolhouse Rock material? The infamous "I'm Just a Bill" was obviously the source of inspiration for the Hitatchi clip.

At this second, the only other skits that I can remember offhand are Conjunction Junction and the Football one, but the only part I remember from that later one was when the one guy in the crowd yells out "Yeah! I'm for the other team!".

Looking at the pics at the bottom of this page, I do remember the characters from the one with turtle and the one of the kid with the cape, but I just can't place the skits.

On a related note, the Simpsons parody of "I'm just a Bill" was hillarious.
