I've been having issues with my video board (sapphire 1900XTX) which I've already been researching a bit and it may be that I hadn't had enough power for it. None the less it ran great for 8+ months without any problems. Then things went quickly downhill.

So, I've posted a question in the sapphire support forums but soon noticed that I haven't even had the card one year. In newegg's policy I see the following:

Return Policy Text

1. Standard Return Policy
1. Summary
1.

Standard Return Policy
2. Detail
1. This is our Detailed Standard Return Policy. Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by Newegg.com are covered by this Standard Return Policy. Merchandise under this Standard Return Policy may be returned a) within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund, or b) within one year of the original invoice date for a replacement of the same item. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage. With regard to such, you should contact the manufacturer of your item directly for information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and Conditions.

I bought the card on 9/25/2006, so it seems I should be able to return it for a replacement, no? I didn't realize newegg did this. Has anyone made use of this before with success?

Ive had great success returning parts to Newegg. On one occassion, I needed the new part in a hurry, so I ordered a new one and then called for an RMA. When the girl on the phone seen that I had already ordered, I got the RMA and a credit on my plastic money as soon as the old part arrived there.
Any other parts were exchanged without problems.

Good experience on RMA with newegg as well. I RMA'd an open box item they didn't have any more of and they even waived the restocking fee. You have to call to do that though the web front end won't do it for you.

They have a pretty good rep on BBB as well.
