Any iphone in any condition is worth over $200 minimum. Even if non functional and out of warranty apple will generally swap it for an out of warranty replacement for $200.

Good to know. I haven't sold mine, I was just interested in options. The back case on my phone has some wear on it (small crack), but otherwise everything else is perfectly fine so far.
