Anyone else notice that this site is practically unbearable with win95B using IE 3.0?

I constantly get java script errors.. there are text formatting/layout issues... and font/color problems...

sheesh...

btw, my site at home looks like crap without style sheet support

Who is still using IE 3 or below? Nutscrape 4 or below?

Working for an ISP I saw alot of netscpae 4 and wondered to myself how these people could actually view many of the sites on the internet... infact the netscape home page gives java script errors to many older version of netscape... how lame is that...

I tried to use IE 2.0 that came with winNT4... nothin doin... i couldent even get to microsoft.com to update my browser because the pages are set not to work on anything below IE3... so i just installed Phoenix instead of risking messing up my system by installing crappy IE updates.

Anybody have any good stories about super old browsers?

oh well.. got to goto class... smell ya later

I installed Win NT SP1 and it came with IE 2.0. I tried to do the same as you and update to EI 5.x from MS's site. Nope...couldn't even view the page. So I went to mozilla.org and downloaded their browser, installed it and then downloaded IE 5.x. It was a PITA, but I had to do it.

As for this site throwing javascript errors, I'm guessing those are from the phpBB forum. I didn't write any javascript on the front page.
