I have a bit of a custom machine, a Dell Latitude C800 that I upgraded the video card to a Raedon 9000 from a mobility4. Of course Dell only lists these drivers, even for the Insporon laptop that supposedly came with the R9000 (which was why I could upgrade mine).
At the time there was a utility to "modify" ATI's desktop release drivers to work with the laptop, but it doesn't work on newer drivers. Either looking for a new utility to modify more current drivers or the drivers themselves.
Last year when I did the upgrade I was all over dells forums finding this info, but their forums suck layout wise and I figure there is someone here that has a lead for me. Thanks guys.
