Hi all,

This month sees passing of another great personality of IT. Dennis Ritchie, co-developer of C and UNIX passed away earlier this week!

Another true computing engineer and founder of many technologies has left us. :crap: :sad:

"UNIX is basically a simple operating system, but you have to be a genius to understand the simplicity." - Dennis Ritchie.

Computing was one of the few fields were many of the pioneers are still around. In college I was taught by one of the guys that worked on the ENIAC. Sad to see them go.
