Yeah we just heard this on our local news.
My wife was so surprised she had to rewind it to hear it again.
4 year old drove a car to a video store in the middle of the night after sneaking out of the house. The police noticed it just as it was about to hit two parked cars. They had video where some lady was saying it wasn't the kids fault and it wasn't the parents fault. In my estimation it was definitely both.
