We are had a problem with our Intel Raid Controler SRCSAS PH16I, The machine (storage server) hung up suddenly, after a reboot we found the that volumes are not getting mounted. when we logged into the web console of the raid controller we found that, we are able to see all physical disks but the logical information is lost. we had the config file backed up (when we configured the raid), when we tried to load the confiog file from the backup We had a error message "unable to load config file"
We suspected there is a problem with the raid controller card and replaced it with a good working card but still we are getting the same error.
Kindly help with your suggestion to resolve the problem and recover the data.
