Internet Activity Never Stops

I just noticed that the activiy meters on my ZoneAlarm tray icon never stop bouncing, even when I'm not running any internet-enbled software. I've checked the processes list several times but dont' see anything that looks like to be online.
ZoneAlarm, itself, has a little indicator with blinking icons that represent online apps, but the only active app "Generic Host Process for Win32". To me that doesnt' mean a whole lot.
Any ideas?

Are you sure it's not just incoming traffic? I know that, even with no computers on, I'll get incoming traffic onto my network.

Will ZA tell you what programs, if any, are accessing the network?

Fire up Ethereal and see... They could also be from the ISP, sending some DNS/DHCP/etc., that is if the traffic is low.

Does ZA show if it's dropping any incoming traffic?
