I have a Logitech Ultra X-2 Keyboard that I've become quite fond of. This is a keyboard that uses a laptop-like key mechanism with plastic buckles beneath the keys.
The other night, my 13lb. male cat decided to dive-bomb this poor keyboard, landing squarely on a couple of the keys (b and n)... which are now extra-stiff and require about twice the pressure to actually move compared to the rest.
I've disassembled the keyboard, to see if there's some obvious defect with those keys, but I'm not really mechanically inclined and I don't see anything obvious wrong with them.
I don't want to throw the keyboard away, 'cause I like it, but I can't really type properly on it either, so does anyone have any idea what I could do to fix a laptop-like keyboard?
