HP 970Cxi Professional Series Deskjet, two years old, purchased for AU$600.
fantastic laser quality business printer with duplex module enabling two-sided page printing. 5000 page monthly duty cycle.
photo prints on photo paper are absolutely amazing. can print on all sorts of paper, including banner paper, also will print on transparancies and iron-on transfers.
has had very little use, in fact less than 1500 pages in total. I bought 4 reams of reflex with the printer and still have 1 and a bit reams left. printed about 10 4x6" photos in the first few months but none since. selling it as I hardly use it.
the black catridge was replaced about 6 months ago but is still near full. I suspect the colour cartridge may be empty of yellow or possibly dry as I did a colour test print and only blue and slight magenta came out.
