Says it all. Opera's probably particularly cheesed because they developed a completely new rendering engine to support CSS in all its glory. 
Who wants to play the game when the biggest player just changes the rules to suit themselves? Whether it be Java, W3C or whatever, Microsoft breaks standards at every opportunity in an effort to damage their 'competition'.

Hey, we all know this stuff, but seeing so much of the evidence set out in one place like that really does underline the point.

Good link. Good work, Hakon Lie and Register. Not often that you see a well-supported and documented editorial like that. We need more of that to improve the browser breed and to make the web a better place.
I kinda like browser personalities... ;-)
