I'm told this is night-vision video of an AC-130 gunship taking out a terrorist camp. I'm not sure if it is video from a Predator drone used for targeting or if it is from the AC-130 gunship. It is about 9 minutes long but the action doesn't really start until about 4 minutes. It is all interesting nonetheless. Watch for the flying terrorist body parts.

Where'd you find this? It looks like it's IR video from a Predator, since it's travelling far too slow to be from the AC-130 itself. I'll have to show this to my Dad, since he was trained to call in close air support while in the Marines (fortunately, never in combat). It's changed a lot in the almost 40 years since then.

stileproject is a very interesting multimedia web site, largely focusing on only the most purile content imaginable. Porn, photos and video of medical oddities and gruesome injuries, news footage and, inexplicably, normal people displaying the message "Stile Sucks".
For all that, however, it is also a compelling place to visit. It has won Webby awards and accolades for its presentation of the material, if not its actual content.

It's not a site to visit while at work.
