That reminds me of a similar program some years ago.
Does it show by categories, for example Mercs porns?

I've used this for months on my Hyper-V Servers, since I only have a command prompt otherwise. I've also used WindirStats.

I've seen it before but I'm not a fan of the foldermap concept. Then again I've been using treesize for more than a decade.

That's the one! I like the view that looks like a city or micrograph of a CPU.

Do any of these many useful products have a flat (ignore tree) mode? I have an excellent little utility called RidNacs which does the major part of what I need very well. (Track it down. Recommended.) But I have a current requirement for a utility which can tell me what the largest folders on a drive are so far as their direct content goes. Which folders, in other words, are actually using the most space? Using it directly, not just as containers of other folders.

Bit of an odd requirement but it would actually be really, really useful. Sadly, it's not something search engines are likely to be able to find.

Answering my own question here, Clocker's Space Sniffer does the trick. It doesn't give me a sorted list, but the graphical view is clear enough that I can pick out the 10 or 20 worst folders, and that's all I need.
