Getting a Windows Refund in California Small Claims Court

Judges do not do research. Part of this guys defence was that you have to accept the license agreement before you get a button to print it out (so he could show the judge). I think it's neat from a legal strategy point of view. I have no current emotional stake in it.

Getting a Windows Refund in California Small Claims Court

Presumably the OEM version also has a EULA. If the company can/will not provide you with the price you paid for it you will provide the judge with a reasonable estimate. The other laywer may try to argue that OEM copies are cheaper but can produce no evidence indicating what the cost should be.

    Cool beyond words

I strongly suspect that's a result of some bias against comics on the part of somebody who doesn't know any better. To summerize, that's a rating on the complexity of the words used not their content. If Coug can't read on the level of a 9 year-old, I should re-think my common prose. :P

    Spinning?

Don't ask such open ended questions. :) They appear to be spinning to me when my eyes traverse to one of the circles but when the eyes rest on one it is not spinning. Eventually(~1sec) they all are not spinning. Maybe you have tired eyes.

heh. Speaking of which, I started looking for a duplex to buy last week. I want a decent place to live with more space than I have now and a place to rent attached to help me with the mortgage. Did You Know You Are Rich? About Taxes & Tax Reduction

At one point. For three months after I moved in I only had a sleeping bag and stuff to eat off of. I didn't turn on the AC or heat that year and half of the next. It was sufficient as I didn't have work for 8 months. I have two weeks left on the current contract.

    Power outage

The most likely explaination is that since my phone has been knocked out yet again the IP has been assigned to someone else but the DNS servers still have it associated with me.
