I have one of those. It's utterly identical to the LiteOn-branded multiformat burner. The Sony drive and the Pioneer multiformat unit (a06?) are basically neck and neck, with the Sony being a better CD burner and the Pioneer being generally faster for ripping (CD/DVDs).

You want Acronis TrueImage. Everything else, you have to boot to not-Windows to actually make the image. TrueImage works while you're using Windows and can do a complete backup, including locked files, apparently (I've never tried using it that way).
