SSDs - State of the Product?

I'm not expecting improvements, but something is wrong if RAID 0 is worse than a single drive. I won't have a chance to figure it out until 2025 though.

Were you able to get good RAID 0 speeds in Storage Spaces 10 Pro? It seemed to me that the software was slow for some reason. Can I continue to use Dynamics Disks and later imported into another computer with 11 if necessary?

I could not say, but I use a little USB scientific camera that is completely manual with a short tele lens and no audio. Logitech makes a bunch of webcams.

How to setup video call capability on Windows 11?

There are plenty of monitor-mount webcams with a microphone (or two for stereo and better noise reduction). Some have an LED to help illuminate the user in dim light. 1080 is minimum resolution, but there are also 4K webcams at a higher price. Prices are under $50 for a low-grade cheapie or...

SSDs - State of the Product?

Some time ago I tried the dynamics disk vs. the BIOS-level RAID 0 and it didn't help much. The Storage Spaces was running poorly so I gave up on it. How do you aggregate the smallish SSDs (<30.72TB), hardware RAID 0?

SSDs - State of the Product?

My question is if I should create an array from three of the SSDs that are more exactly the same vs. the one that is different. The latter one looks very similar so I don't know if there is a meaningful difference and it doesn't matter. What do you do with various drives?

You are probably familiar with 21CFR 1306 and your state's pharmacy laws, and I'm not talking about a scheduled substance. If anyone picks it up then that's not OK as it was not prescribed to them. There are also possibly local laws about attractive nuisances that would fall under.

I cannot view the U-Tubes, but that rat-hole is rather weird. It looks like all sorts of materials including illegal ones were being stored there, so it's a good idea they removed it. Maybe it belongs in a museum or simular rather than a public street.

This was in another section, but I'm replying here due to SSD topic. XBox is primitively equipped for storage if I understand correctly. The new models appear to have either 1TB or 2TB hard drives or 1TB SSDs. I read somehwere that the Xbox is in third place after the Intendo and PlayStations.
