It would great if you had the same skepticism into what you see reported in the MSM. I'm absolutely certain Techno Fog did more research than any of the people who wrote stories it blaming Trump. He has a track record of doing real research into stories with trustworthy information. I posted...

It's amazing that something that has several successful controlled clinical trials outside the US for the Wuhan Flu is being actively rooted against in the just because Trump happened to have talked it. You all are ghouls, but I suppose I shouldn't expect any better.

The memory test is still running... It's at 53% and says it needs another ~24 hours and the total time keeps going up. I had a clean Windows 10 install that gave me fits on my Dell XPS 13 laptop with all sorts of wonky behavior. Not exactly like this, but all sorts of odd things. Another...

China also just stopped testing at some point. The US has actually tested the largest number of people of any country so far which likely is a contributing factor to the largest number of cases also.

What do you mean running "full-time"? It was sitting open in the bottom corner of the desktop from about the time I booted up the computer. Typically closing it and re-opening it is possible, but it doesn't update. This morning it wouldn't close (it hung not responding). I've never seen this...

I believe they're accurate for the number of people they've tested. I'm also certain they're not representative of the actual number of cases. This is likely true in every country where the outbreaks are happening. A country like Taiwan probably has good accurate numbers. There's plenty of...

I bumped Vcore by 0.05V and looks like that might be enough to do the trick. Running a much longer test now. Of course that's slowed the chip down slightly under full load by ~50-75MHz & increased the temps by 1-2C.

Single sticks of RAM failed in two different slots in the motherboard. I guess I can try adding more voltage or underclocking. The voltage settings for these CPUs are as clear as mud. When underclocking via a set multiplier it looks like the "turbo" boost doesn't kick in.

I'm not sure where I'd find that information. The manual doesn't have it. The memory QVL list has single and dual rank memory on it shown as being supported in 1's and 2's. The memory I'm using isn't on the list. There was a later BIOS for the motherboard. It did not solve the issue. I'm...

Then they shouldn't take out a huge loan to pay for their "education". This isn't hard. The problem doesn't need more gov't intervention in the student loan market to fix it, it needs the gov't taken out of the student loan business. The cost of college has spiraled out of control because...
