Best I'ves seen is about $85 after shipping from Newegg.

I looked around a lot and ended up getting 2 1GB Transcend pc2-5300 SO-DIMMs from Newegg.

Annoying as Newegg is about some things, their prices on a lot of things are very hard to beat. I get lower prices, shipped, from newegg than I do from Chicago-area distributors.
