Once again, AMD chips care less about cache size (2 x 256KB v 2 x 512KB). Should be a good entry level X2. Pity it's Socket AM2 only.

Interesting results, especially if they can all get to 2.6 GHz. However, I wonder what the Core 2 Duo E6300 they reviewed can overclock up to?

The new X2/3800s I have don't seem to be able to handle 2.6GHz. 2.4GHz is reasonable for them, but I'm not 100% sure they're fully stable. If the 3600 can typically be overclocked to stable 2.6GHz, I'm going to feel stupid for wasting ~$25 on each of the 3800s I bought.

Grrr.
