Airshow 2002 tomorrow

When I was about eleven, my parents and I were once stuck in traffic on Lake Shore Drive in Chicago during the air and water show held annually there. Flights of F16s were literally buzzing the Hancock building, which was as dramatic a sight as I can remember.
Still, the best part was that there was a young woman riding as a passenger in an ambulance - probably an EMT I guess, who was leaning about 4/5s of the way out her window trying to watch the show. It was august and humid, and as I watched she unbuttoned her shirt most of the way and tied her shirttail around her midriff. She looked at me and smiled, then laughed. I distinctly recall that as the day I decided that maybe girls were a good thing.
I've made it into the city for the airshow there probably a half-dozen times since.
