Hi
I had an APC BN1050. All of a sudden, it reported 'overloaded' red light. It shuts down right after that.
Problem is, the battery is fine, and, it's just the reset switch on the back being shot.
APC tells me I have to send it back, upgrade through one of their programs, spend more money with them, and, blah blah blah.
I took it back to Costco, got a merchandise exchange, and, I'm slowly going to Tripplite.
Only reason I bought it was Costco's return policy...
