Well, actually, we've roughly tripled in number of users since the site became open to the public. Not everyone is active, of course (heck, I probably STILL spend more time here than Doug), but we ARE growing.

How cool is that?

Well, if I showed you the IP address table...I'm listed at the top with the most amount of hits. You may have the top amount of posts however. :) I can look up your IP and see what place you're in. ;)

Could you pm us with our ranking based on the number of hits we did? I'm curious. Who's the most computer addicted among us?

Im trying to look up the IP's but I'm having a hard time finding them. I know mine because of my cable modem service, but the others I'm not sure. Lemme see what I can dig up.

Remember, Doug, IT contractor. I move around a lot. Although most of my hits are probably from either 208.154.170.something, which seems to be the address block the Livingston Portmaster I dial into allocates. Mostly I use the modem on my laptop or mulitlink at home, though.

Oh yes indeed, your IP list is huge!! I can't figure where it comes out of though, or what the address resolves to compared to the stats.

I think I Know Coug's

Place 6
hits 8497 2.89%
files 6736 4.86%
KBytes 77480 6.31%
visits 175 4.67%

Edit out part of the address. (my bad coug...it wasn't the whole thing just the extenstion)

I've no doubt it's complicated. I use multilink PPP at home; no idea what that does to server logs. I'd think most of the other IPs would be AT&T cable... which is probably 64.something, or through the local Purdue campus's IP block, 205.215.103.x (Amy teaches there on Wednesdays and I usually bring her lunch and use her PC's fast network connection).

Nothing is really close on yours. There are a few AT&T's listed, but none have your IP. I'll look into a bit and let you know.
