Are All Powered USB Hubs Burning Hot?

I've got a Zonet 4 port powered usb hub. And this thing is HOT as in possibly burning when I connect the AC Adaptor. Are they all like this?

I've got this D-Link hooked up to an AC supply and I don't recall it even getting warm. I'll double-check when I get home. I typically drive a mouse, WD Passport hard drive, Treo sync/charge, and Blue Tooth headset charge off of it.

Not ebay, newegg about 2 years ago. It was probably on sale.
I think I'm just going to replace it, I don't like that kind of heat.

Even if that is normal (which it doesn't sound), that thing must be consuming a bunch of electricity to product that heat. I'd replace it too.

After being on all night the USB hub I mentioned was marginally - just slightly - warmer than room temperature.
