bios flashing sil 3132

yay my first post.

whell this is my problem, due problems with my ULI 1575 raid (it keeps hanging and then it goes on) i bought a SCM SATA SoftRAID5 controler with the sil 3132 chip.
right now the performance is terrible, HDTune is going up and down 1.5mb to 60mb. (my uli was showing a better performance only those stutters aarrrgg)

new drivers i get a BSOD, and i cant flash the bios, in windows the flash option is grey and the updflash program aint working it hangs on use "pci bus to scan"
updflash r7405.bin -a-u-id3132-board3132 tryed it all didnt work.

i hope somebody got a solution for this.

Try to flash in another motherboard?

problem is solved i went back to the store and got a new one.
i flashed the bios and i installed the new drivers everything is good now.:-D

defective controler was not the first thing that came up in my mind.
