Episode 34 - Beware the lie-detecting mouse
I do like the exchange between the nameless user and the BOFH/PFY after they catch him out:
"So how about we settle for a compromise?"
"What sort of compromise?" the user asks.
"You walk away now."
"Yes, and...?" he asks.
"And.... that's it."
"Where's the compromise in that?"
"You'd still be able to walk," the PFY says.....
There are times when I'd like to be able to do something similar with some of our more problematic customers....
