Changing Keyboard shortcuts in MS Outlook

Does anyone know of a way to change default keyboard shortcuts in Microsoft Outlook? I sometimes accidentally hit control-enter and it sends the message when I really don't want to send it. Is there a way to disable this shortcut or change it to something that I wouldn't accidentally hit?

Interesting that you can't do it like word or excel...
