Compaq RA4100 Maximum array capacity

It seems that the maximum size of an array is 512Gb.
The RA4100 is fiber channel bay with 12 slots and i would like to fill it with 72Gb hard drives and make one array only.
Does someone knows if it's possible ?
HP/Compaq doesn't seem to have a solution.

According to this product brochure, The only criteria meantioned is that the drives be Ultra 2/3. It does meantion that the array scales up to 132 drives and 4.5TB using 36.4GB drives. The brochure was written in '01 and I don't think 72G drives were available then.

My guess is that this is an old product and they have not qualified newer drives on it.
