Creation Date of user in Windows

Is there an easy way to find out the date that a user was created in Windows?

Already checked the Event Log, but no luck there.

I don't see it in any of the structures returned by NetUserGetInfo.
So I'm not even sure windows stores this.
Maybe it would be possible to get the creation date/time of the user's home folder?

If you are talking active directory users instead of a local windows user, maybe this article will help

My guess is that the creation date for the user's folder in the "documents and settings" folder would work as an easy solution. If it is not natively displayed, simply right click the column settings in the documents and settings window.

I think the server runs Active Directory.
