Any feedback regarding any additional information that a buyer might want to see would be appreciated. No wise-cracks about the *ahem* html. :)

I'll be throwing this up on Craigslist in the next couple weeks when my new vehicle comes in.

I heard blue book is typically a little high and I don't want to have the vehicle in my garage for any longer than absolutely. Basically, I'm pricing to sell fast but still planning on getting more than the dealer would offer on a trade-in.

So you think the price looks a little suspect that way? Like there might be something wrong with the vehicle? Maybe I should say $8,300 OBO ?

Thanks,
C

The first thing I thought when I saw the price difference is "I wonder what is wrong with it?"
I can certainly understand someone being a motivated seller. Maybe that's the thing you should indicate.

You might also want to add a VIN number. I used Carfax before I bought my Element, and that's what it needs to get started.

Aside from Merc's suggestion, I think it looks clean, well illustrated, and to the point. I would agree with the suggestion to add the VIN number, or put "VIN number on request for carfax" and reference their website for an easy link.

One thing I might leave out is the mention of being able to run without coolant. It makes me think this has been done to this particular car.

Good idea. I'll just state it's based on GM NorthStar technology. Good catch.

The stain on the cement.. maybe photoshop that out?
Suggests former oil leak?

But honestly the ad made me want to buy the car.
But I don't actually want to buy the car.

Good eye. That's just water dripping off from the wash but I will try to rub that out with PS... Not sure what 'tool' to use for that. ... ?

Use the clone tool. Clone a none-spotted area right next to it (ALT+left-click). Make sure the clonned are has the same color and shading.

Tomorrow I pick up my '07 Avalanche LTZ. It's FlexFuel and I pass an E85 station everyday so I will be giving the middle finger to OPEC about once every two weeks when I fill up. :)

I'm live on CraigsList!
