PowerDVD is pretty much give away software. Almost no one needs the full version. Most people just want to be able to watch DVDs in their computer.

The other stuff basically replicates what Nero does (version 7 just came out), but again, most people don't need most of those tools.

I'd pass, unless I didn't already have a comprehensive burner app and actually wanted one.
