It is a good site. They do a decent job comparing cameras with a standard set of tests. It helped me to make my camera purchasing decision.

I like DP Review, and the other sites can be useful, but I wouldn't want to live or die on their reviews. Everyone has their own little foibles, a bit like SR trying to find differentiating benchmarks for hard drives.

I even take issue with DP Review's emphasis on black and white line resolution - this has little bearing on color photo quality, and he happily rewards manufacturers who use sharpening algorithms that favour horizontal and vertical (rather than diagonal or curved) lines. Very realistic. :roll:

But it's still the best digicam review site on the net - pity there are so few reviews.
