Browsing Liteon's site for no good reason. Ran across [rul=http://www.liteonit.com/liteweb/lvd_2001.htm]this[/url].

Reading the blurb it indicates video upsampling and support for Hardware MPEG-4 (doesn't say which codec. One assumes MS MPEG-4 and/or Divx).

Here is a review of it. Apparantly it does play Divx4/5 and Xvid files, and you can make it region free.
