How about using the same old Nero?

I like Nero + DVD Shrink for my movie-stealing needs. Newer versions of DVD Shrink even burn directly.

For capped video to DVD I use DVD MovieFactory most of the time.

I'm happy with Veritas RecordNow DX 4.56. Nice, simple, does the job. Came with my Sony 500A burner (hooray goes Merc!). Nowhere near the incomprehensible bloat of Nero, and the product works in my X-box as well.

I use Nero 5.5 without any problems.

I use DVD Decryptor (for burning all types of images) and Nero 6.0.

Veritas sold off their RecordNow MAX product line last year.

Sonic now owns this and is selling it as a cut-rate (like US$29) CD/DVD mastering solution.
