EVGA appreciates your patience during this Quad Core Fix.
EVGA has received the boards and is ready to begin processing your replacement shipment now.
The EVGA 680i SLI replacement boards with the fix for the Intel Quad Core Processor will have a small change to its part number.
EVGA has modified the last digit of the part number to reflect this change
122-CK-NF68-AR will be replaced with 122-CK-NF68-A1
122-CK-NF68-TR will be replaced with 122-CK-NF68-T1
To begin the replacement process, please follow the steps below:
Please login to your EVGA website account and visit the following link to start the replacement process:
http://evga.com/community/myProducts.asp. From the My Products page click the button labeled “Replace my 680i”
Verify your registration information which will be used as your shipping address
Then click Continue with RMA
Answer the questions about your system and submit for the replacement
Once you have completed this you will receive an email, letting you know that you will need to upload your original purchase invoice on the “Edit/View My Products” page if you have not done so already.
Once we have received your invoice our RMA Team will approve the RMA and issue an RMA number, then you will receive an additional email. The email will confirm that your RMA number has been approved. US and Canada customers will receive a second email as well, and the second email will provide a secure link to our website to enter a valid credit card that will be used to hold while the cross-shipment is being processed. If EVGA does not receive your board back in 14 days from the ship date you will be charged an amount of $249.99.
After the credit card information has been accepted, the replacement motherboard will ship within 1-3 business days. All replacement motherboards are being shipped out via a 3 day shipping method depending on what region of the world you live.
