In the case of the latter link, I was as circumspect as could be. There were boundries. I don't believe they were crossed.
In the former case, I didn't originate the thread, only posted a particularly outrageous response.
In neither case was there something directly insulting to a large group of people.

But having read what you wrote there, imo it is definitely offensive and crosses the line of what is appropriate. I cannot imagine any woman who would not be offended by such a statement.
I don't care about comparisons to this thread and whether or not you were hypocritical to have complained about it. The issue in this thread is resolved. But If you are sincere in not wanting to offend potential female members then I would suggest you not post such things in the future.
