Google Chrome browser question

Is there anyway to make the fonts in the Bookmark Bar larger? Google came up empty. Lots of suggestions but nothing worked.

I don't think this can be set independently from the settings that affects all program windows. My screen resolution is so high compared to the size of the screen that I set the screen resolution to 125%.

From what little bit I read, it sounds like the only thing you can really do is bump up the DPI of your system fonts or change your screen resolution until they're readable.
