The camera pointed out the front window is new, and they apparently had gain issues after cutting through that cloud deck.

The shots of the falling SRBs from a plane is courtesy the Aries 1X, which used the same platform to record their motor crash into the ocean.

I'd love to see the recovery process of the side boosters. It seems like a challenging task to bring them back home from the ocean.

It's probably cheaper to actually do it than to fake all of those shots *and* fool all of the folks who went to the launch as part of a tweet-up.
