How much for an Athlon 1GHz?

I'm interested in what other people think this PC is worth:

Seagate 40GB Barracuda IV (~6 months old)
Panasonic FDD
Samsung DVD or Sony 8x4x32 CD-RW
Gigabyte 64MB GeForce2 MX
PCI modem (Lucent)
10/100 network card
Macase Galaxy midtower with dust filter and HEC 300W PS
80mm case exhaust fan

I'm also thinking of removing 256MB of the RAM to reduce the value, and maybe slipping a new Lite-On CD-RW in instead of the Sony.

$325 USD. Good PSU, nice fans, lots of RAM. Minus a few bucks for the nvidia card, plus a few for Soltek...
