I saw this before... they even tried to reproduce it on the Screen Savers tv show I think. Needless to say it was a very sticky situation...

I saw that a few months ago on slashdot. The only problem with it is that it would be real hard to change out any parts. Oh and of course the foam is a pretty good insulator, which would definately cause problems with hotter components.
