Without further ado... Have a lookie at CSA Research's "Hyperthreading and DRAM" writeup (it's a direct link to the 138kb M$ Word version of the document). The folks at CSA examine the new E7500 (DDR SDRAM) vs year old i860 (RDRAM) performance while running HTed Xeons (whatever they call them these days). And according to them things don't look too bright for DDR SDRAM. The writeup also contains relatively detailed test methodology and equipment list.
