Probably an overused saying, but it is true: A man has got to know his limitations.

Basketball-head-Ballmer looks like he's been chasing parked cars in his spare time. Indeed Howell, at 21 seconds, something in his leg went snap, crackle, and pop as he grabbed for his knee. Didn't anyone tell him to stretch beforehand? Although it probably wouldn’t have helped that desk-jockey any; I know it wouldn’t have helped me if I decided to gallop around a stage for over a minute.
