I was browsing through The Inquirer and I found this interesting link:
http://www.internettrafficreport.com/index.html
It seems as though the internet connection between the US and Europe is in gridlock according to The inquirer.
But today the situation seems equally bad, or even worse, with the average packet loss for Europe 48% and the US packet loss dented to 60%.
Anyone know more about this?
