That must be a heck of a hot laptop! Considering that it will be published in one of the world's prestigious medical journal, that particular incident could be true. Now I have to go the library to get that particular journal article.

I fail to understand how one cannot notice their organ being gently roasted. He must have been absorbed in his work, alright!

Anatomy lesson: A penis is a sensitive organ, but it isn't in the same league as your fingers or your tongue. Like a finger, only the tip (or precisely, the glans, the right below the tip on the underside) is really all THAT sensitive. Testes are generally far more sensitive to changes in, um, environment than your one-eyed trouser snake.

I know this from experience. Don't ask how, 'cause it's really not a happy story.

Anyway, I don't think it's surprising at all.
