Mobo upgrade

Hello,

I have a PC partner VX mobo from late 96 with P120, which I'd like to upgrade to a P200 MMX.
Unfortunately I have no manual to consult for the jumper settings.
Also i'm not sure wheather the bios has to be flashed or not, and how to do that.

Can anyone help me out on that, or has a manual of this board?

Manuals and BIOSes can be found here. PC Partner made WAY too many VX motherboards for me to guess as to a single procedure.

PC Partner's site is slow beyond rational comprehension, BTW.
