update Moderators

I've appointed some moderators to help out with the increasing spam in the forum until further improvements can be made. Just so you are all aware, I asked the following forum members if they would be interested in helping the forum and they all accepted.

We have three moderators at this time to help us. They are ddrueding, P5-133XL, and last but not least timwhit. They are free to stop at any time and I will add/remove moderators as we see needed. Our moderators can help you with managing the forum posts and threads, so if you need help managing your discussions, feel free to ask any one of us.

Thanks for accepting the job and helping out the community. Hopefully this will help us reduce some of the spam.

it looks to me to be either:

- a stylized pic, done in the xkcd genre, of Doug sitting at his workstation

or

- Doug is now an Apple appliance ... the new iHandruin
