Monitor is ON

The display does not shut off after the specified time (20 minutes). What can I do? Thanks.

I assume you've checked the power settings, and verified that the monitor sleep timer is at 20 minutes? I did have one TV connected as a monitor that didn't observe the command directly. After the signal had gone away, it started it's own internal 5 minute timer and only turned off after that. I have another that won't turn off at all, but it is very old and connected via VGA - it just keeps showing "No Signal" forever.

Yes. I suppose something is running that keeps resetting the timeout.
