monitoring network bandwith

Does anybody know a relatively simple way for me to see how much bandwith I'm using on my little home LAN? How about for incoming and outgoing internet traffic? What about the traffic in/out for one computer? I realize WinXP comes with a "networking" tab in the Task Manager, but it seems pretty useless to me.

As steveC pointed out, netstat live should do the trick. I used to use it for a while and never had a problem. I haven't used DU meter.

if you're interested, I havent tried the prev. mentioned programs, but I am using a little app called "down2home".

It monitors my up/down totals and average speed and can easily display my stats in chart or 2D/3D graphical form on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis.

I use Netstat Live to monitor the total amount of bandwidth being used. However, I'm looking for a program that will tell me how much bandwidth each application is using. The reason for this is because sometimes I see high bandwidth numbers and I don't know where they are coming from.
